A treatment system for oily compressor condensate
Compressors, receivers, dryers and filters produce condensate that can contain lubricant. QWIK-PURE treats this collected liquid downstream of the automatic drains; it does not filter the compressed air itself.
WMC reviews the connected plant and collection arrangement before specifying the separator. Correct drainage and routing are essential: the unit can only treat condensate that reaches it.

Active treatment
Compressed-air pulses
Instead of relying solely on gravity through a filter medium, QWIK-PURE uses gentle compressed-air pulses to move condensate through its treatment stages. The cartridges remain filled with liquid during operation.

The control system monitors operation and indicates remaining capacity. Replaceable cartridges are designed for managed handling and servicing. The correct change procedure depends on the installed model and its instructions.

The active range includes QWIK-PURE 15, 30, 60 and 90. The smaller QWIK-PURE 10 uses gravity separation and can be expanded into an active configuration. Upgrade options depend on the manufacturer’s configuration rules.

BEKO sizes the active QWIK-PURE system using compressor capacity and climatic conditions, with configuration also considered around servicing requirements. We check the current selection data and proposed connected equipment rather than choosing a separator from pipe size alone.
The installation requires the specified utilities, condensate connections and a suitable outlet arrangement. Treatment performance and the intended discharge route must be checked; installing a separator does not by itself establish permission to discharge anywhere.

Does QWIK-PURE use activated carbon cartridges?
BEKO states that the current QWIK-PURE cartridge uses polypropylene optimised for condensate separation and does not contain activated carbon.
Can it replace an older oil-water separator?
Often a replacement can be assessed, but capacity, utilities, connections and outlet arrangements must be reviewed first.
Does it replace BEKOMAT drains?
No. BEKOMAT drains remove collected condensate from pressurised equipment; QWIK-PURE treats the condensate afterwards.
How often are cartridges replaced?
That depends on the installation, load and equipment indications. Follow the model’s instructions and agreed maintenance schedule; WMC can include this in servicing.
