Nitrogen Generators
These generators are designed to remove impurities such as dust, oil and water to produce high-purity nitrogen for a range of applications.
The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process pushes compressed air through a series of filters and an activated carbon tower before being directed to one of two adsorption vessels. These vessels are packed with carbon molecular sieves (CMS), which adsorb impurities such as carbon dioxide and residual moisture at the entrance of the adsorbent bed.
Nitrogen is widely used in many aspects of chemical manufacturing, processing and handling. It has low reactivity and can be used for the protection of valuable products against harmful contaminants and the prevention of combustible dust explosions.
Oxygen Generators
Also using the PSA process, compressed air is passed through a series of dryers, filters and a carbon tower to remove dust, oil and water.
PSAs are able to produce oxygen at flow rates from less than one cubic metre per hour to greater than a few hundred cubic metres per hour.
Oxygen is a highly-reactive substance and is used in a variety of applications including aquaculture, gas blowing, welding and healthcare.
